Said & Saved ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Five S LLC, a California LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our memoir writing service.

• Your name, email address, and WhatsApp phone number
• Voice recordings and text messages you send us
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card details)
• Your memoir content and responses to our questions

• To deliver your daily memoir questions via WhatsApp
• To generate memoir prose using Claude AI (Anthropic)
• To process your subscription payment via Stripe
• To print and ship your hardcover book via Lulu Press
• To send you service updates and notifications

Your stories are processed by Claude, an AI model by Anthropic. Anthropic does not use your content to train its AI models. Your memoir content is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

All memoir entries are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for database storage with row-level security.

We retain your memoir data for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@saidandsaved.com.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at hello@saidandsaved.com.

We use the following third-party services to operate Said & Saved:
