1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for Said & Saved, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

Said & Saved is an AI-powered memoir writing subscription service. We send daily questions via WhatsApp and use Claude AI to write memoir prose from your answers.

3. Subscription and Payment

Legacy: $99/year · 3 questions/day · 12 months
Story: $149/year · 6 questions/day · 6 months
Sprint: $199 one-time · 8 weeks
Family Vault: $199/year · up to 3 members

All plans include a 7-day free trial. Cancel within 7 days for a full refund. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 7 days.

4. Hardcover Book

Each plan includes one professionally printed hardcover book, fulfilled by Lulu Press. Delivery takes 4–6 weeks after memoir completion. Additional copies are available for $69 each.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all memoir content you create. By using our service, you grant Said & Saved a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to send content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

7. AI-Generated Content

Memoir prose is generated by Claude AI. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may occasionally require review. Said & Saved is not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated prose.

8. Cancellation

Cancel anytime by emailing hello@saidandsaved.com or sending STOP via WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

Said & Saved's liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
